If you call, please have your account number to hand to share with our team. If you are emailing, please include your account number.

To get started simply call our loan servicing team on 0203 846 6822 or send an email to [email protected]. To complete this, we will send you a form to complete and return. Once we have registered your nominated person, we will write to confirm this change. Lines are open 9am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

If you are ready to repay your mortgage in full - or you are planning to remortgage with another lender - you will need a redemption statement.

This will cover:

  • your current mortgage balance
  • any interest still left to pay
  • the daily interest rate
  • any fees detailed in our Tariff of Charges.

To get your redemption statement, simply contact our loan servicing team by either calling them on 0203 846 6822, or by emailing them with your account number at [email protected].

All statements will be sent to the address recorded on your account.

Product questions

Residential

This is shown on your mortgage offer and you should note whether your mortgage is still subject to an initial term rate or is now attracting what we call the reversion rate. Alternatively call our loan servicing team on 0203 846 6822 or emailing [email protected] with your account number.

It might be possible for you to convert from an Interest-Only to a Capital and Repayment mortgage or to Interest Only on a temporary basis. Please contact us to discuss your options on 0203 846 6822 or send an email to [email protected].

If your account is operating on an interest-only basis, you will only be paying the interest due each month and your overall balance will not reduce. Your balance may also have increased or reduced at a slower rate owing to fees you have elected to have added to your account or through monthly payments not being paid when due.

Regulated Bridging

This is shown on your mortgage offer and charged monthly, alternatively don’t hesitate to call or email our loan servicing team on 0203 846 6822 to request details of your interest rate.

The payment date on bridging loans cannot be changed as the interest is rolled up.

No, you cannot add or remove someone from your mortgage as the loan was underwritten as it stands and is of short duration.
