Since 2008, we have lent more than £9 billion across Buy-to-Let, Residential, Short-Term and Development Finance, building a scalable, technology-enabled platform that combines specialist underwriting, disciplined credit and exceptional service.
Our business is built around long-term partnerships. We work with borrowers and intermediaries to support the full property investment lifecycle, while providing institutional investors with access to professionally originated and managed property finance assets through a transparent, capital-efficient operating model.
Today, LendInvest manages more than £5.4 billion of funds and is backed by many of the world's leading financial institutions.
