Here are some frequently asked questions about your LendInvest mortgage.

If you cannot find what you are looking for below or would like to talk to us about your mortgage you can call us (lines are open 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) or email us and one of our friendly team will be able to help.

If you call, please have your account number to hand to share with our team. If you are emailing, please include your account number. If you choose to email us, we will respond to your message within 5 working days. This will either be via a telephone call, email or a letter in the post. If your request is urgent please call us.

Residential

To see our fees, please view or download our Tariff of Charges which can be located here.

Your payments are due monthly and are collected by direct debit on the selected collection date.

If it becomes necessary to pay a sum due (for example a fee) this can be done by debit card, give our loan servicing team a call on 0203 846 6822. Our agents are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm, but you can also pay through our automated system outside of these hours. You should note that fees that have been added to your account and that have not been paid will attract interest at the rate applying to your mortgage and will increase the amount you owe us.

To set up a direct debit, standing order or bank transfer give us a call on 0203 846 6822 or email us on [email protected] to confirm the account details.

Details of your Early Repayment Charge, and its end period, are shown in your mortgage offer issued when your mortgage was approved.

Regulated Bridging

To see our fees, please download our regulated bridging Tariff of Charges.

Upon completion of your mortgage no payments are due but instead the interest being charged is 'rolled up' and repayable at the end of the mortgage term. However, if the loan is not repaid by the due date we will wish to understand your circumstances and a potential outcome is that you agree to make interest payments based on your proven affordability. To pay a sum due by debit card, give our loan servicing team a call on 0203 846 6822. Our agents are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm, but you can pay through our automated system outside of these hours.
