If this debt is not repaid it could affect whether you are able to get credit in the future. If we cannot arrange a suitable plan we may be obliged to court to get the money back.

Regulated Bridging

Your bridging loan normally only lasts for 12 months so it is highly important that you remain focused on the exit strategy for your bridging loan so that additional interest charges and other costs are avoided in the event you fail to repay the loan on or before the due date.
