Launched in 2022, the LendInvest Secured Credit Fund II is an open-ended fund offering the opportunity to invest in a portfolio of bridging and development loans.

It aims to deliver a sustainable quarterly income yield with low volatility and low correlation to mainstream asset classes.

The loans are secured against UK real estate, with company debentures and personal guarantees providing additional security where appropriate. This approach provides investors with significant downside protection.

LendInvest Secured Credit Fund III

LendInvest Secured Credit Fund III

Launching in 2023, the LendInvest Secured Credit Fund III is an evergreen fund for professional investors.

New investment is committed for two years, after which it will continue being invested until investors choose to move it to a run off portfolio.

LSCF III will invest in a portfolio of bridging and development loans and be only available for investment by eligible institutions. This structure allows investors to benefit from lower management and performance fees for committing their capital, while retaining the same investment approach LendInvest’s funds have followed since 2010.

It aims to deliver a sustainable annual income yield with low volatility and low correlation to mainstream asset classes.

The loans are secured against UK real estate, with company debentures and personal guarantees providing additional security where appropriate. This approach provides investors with significant downside protection.

Real Estate Opportunity Fund

Closed in 2022, for eight years the flagship LendInvest Real Estate Opportunity Fund (REOF) offered investors participation in a portfolio of UK real estate loans originated and managed by LendInvest.

After delivering stong risk-adjusted returns annualised at 7.5% for investors, the REOF was closed to make way for a more modern investment structure, delivering the same profile of investments and track record but with lower fees and improved liquidity terms for investors.
