The Strategic Partner Programme was designed to acknowledge and foster deep relationships with brokers who have significantly contributed to LendInvest’s success, specifically within our Buy-to-Let (BTL) and Bridging product lines. These are the brokers who’ve not only met, but exceeded certain thresholds in the previous year’s completions.

It’s not solely about numbers though – we look for a genuine alignment of business plans and a strong potential for sustained, mutually beneficial growth. At the core, it’s about understanding where a brokerage’s aspirations lie and how our offerings can help them achieve those goals.

The results speak for themselves: in 2024, LendInvest saw a remarkable uplift in business from our Strategic Partners. To continue that momentum, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve expanded our Strategic Partners programme for 2025.

Our network spans from Scotland and the Northeast to London, the South Coast, and Wales, demonstrating our nationwide reach and commitment. 

It’s important to highlight that our 2024 success was achieved without offering exclusive products or reduced rates. This reinforces our commitment to collaboration and demonstrates that value comes from genuine alignment and mutual support.

We’re also committed to system enhancements, including faster online submissions for Bridging. We’re exploring potential new product offerings and will maintain our commitment to a common-sense approach to underwriting and service.
