For borrowers, borrowing through LendInvest involves entering into a mortgage contract secured against property. Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Regulated lending is provided via LendInvest Loans Limited (Company No. 09971600), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of LendInvest plc. LendInvest Mortgages and LI Mortgages are registered trading names of LendInvest Loans Limited. LendInvest Loans Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN:737073).

Buy-to-Let borrowing through LendInvest is provided by LendInvest BTL Limited (Company No. 10845703), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of LendInvest plc.

Unregulated short-term lending is provided by LendInvest Bridge Limited (Company No. 11651573), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of LendInvest plc.

The LendInvest group has two core business segments. LendInvest (or LI) Capital encompasses investment business as well as development finance. LendInvest (or LI) Mortgages covers regulated and unregulated lending. Development Finance is provided by LendInvest Development Limited (Company No. 07826640), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of LendInvest plc. LendInvest Funds Management Limited is a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 07667749) and is a wholly owned subsidiary of LendInvest plc.
