What We Lend On
The Structured Property Finance team concentrates on funding a wide range of properties and projects, including:
- Development exit loans
- Below market value (BMV) purchases at 90% LTP, including multi-unit freehold blocks (MUFBs)
- Commercial and semi-commercial properties
- Title splits
- Sites with planning or potential (e.g., green field, brown field, commercial), especially residential end use
We lend to a diverse group of borrowers, including SME developers, real estate funds, portfolio landlords and non-UK entities (both individuals and corporates).
