Redefining our business: Introducing LendInvest Mortgages and LendInvest Capital
Today we are formally launching to the market the new brands that make up the LendInvest Group.
LendInvest now consists of two sub-brands: LendInvest Capital and LendInvest Mortgages.
The decision to redefine our business operations in this way is to bring together the products, people and technology that share the same characteristics.
Across LendInvest Mortgages, we use similar processes for originations, loan management and technology.
All of our mortgage products – Buy-to-Let, Residential and Bridging – sit under this new umbrella as we bring together every element of our case management, underwriting, origination and mortgage technology processes. The focus will be on building on the foundations we’ve established with a continued drive to deliver simpler mortgages for brokers and their customers.
LendInvest Capital encompasses our specialist investment products, including funds and our Self-select investment platform, alongside specialist property finance solutions including development and structured finance. This strategic division aims to unite products with shared characteristics, enabling us to provide tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients. Drawing on our deep industry expertise and in-house real estate finance knowledge, we match institutional and individual investors with the long-term, secure, stable income-producing asset class of UK property finance
This alignment also allows us to better communicate with these two different audiences to deliver the highest quality customer experience for our borrowers, intermediaries and investors.
