Portal Updates; 3 new ways we’re making mortgages simple
The ambition of LendInvest Mortgages is clear: make every mortgage simple by bringing people and technology together for a simple experience for brokers and their customers.
We have been on this journey for over 15 years, growing our teams to provide quick access to a specialist throughout your customers application process. Now, that’s the people part, how does LendInvest’s Mortgage technology help achieve our ambitions?
It’s simple – The Mortgages Portal is our in-house purpose built broker platform, enabling you to submit DIPs and track applications all in one place.
Our tech teams consistently develop what the portal can offer; from simple navigation to the implementation of Open Banking. Feedback from our registered brokers drives these changes (thank you).
So, what have our teams been up to lately? Here’s a few of the latest ways we’re making mortgages simple;
Pop ups for ineligible products
You’ve spoken; we’ve listened. When applying for your customer’s mortgage, you can now see why a selected product is no longer a viable solution to your customer’s mortgage needs. Instead, The Mortgages Portal offers better suited and alternative products.
For example, if the customer has a CCJ on their credit file, the Mortgages Portal will notify you of a tier change.
Cashback details
At the end of July, we introduced a £350 cashback incentive across our entire Buy-to-Let range, subsiding the cost of valuation fees on your landlord customers’ next purchase or remortgage.
Details on our cashback incentive are now in the Mortgages Portal.
Dual representation in Scotland
If you didn’t know, we offer dual representation on our bridging products, simplifying the application process for your customers. Now, we have introduced this to properties in Scotland – just click the dropdown and select your preferred solicitor. Simple.
Start your next Buy-to-Let, Residential or Bridging deal faster by registering in the Mortgages Portal. Simple mortgages are just one click away.
