Buy-to-Let product transfers are now prominently displayed within the Mortgages Portal. You’ll see “Product Transfer available” right on the “Completed” tabs of your product dashboards whenever a loan’s reversion date is within 90 days. No more guessing games – the information you need is right there, front and centre.

Proactive Notifications

We know you’re busy, so we’ll come to you. To ensure you’re always aware, we’ll send email notifications for any products approaching the end of their fixed term. These emails will include direct links to all the relevant loan information, saving you valuable time and clicks.

What if the original broker is no longer with your firm? No problem. The Mortgages Portal now provides visibility into product transfer opportunities across your entire brokerage. This means no client is ever overlooked, ensuring continuous, optimal service throughout the lifecycle of their loan.

Our streamlined process allows you to commence a Product Transfer in just a few clicks, offering unparalleled efficiency. And because we know you’re often on the go, the Mortgages Portal is fully optimised for mobile devices, enabling you to manage product transfers from anywhere.

Simplified Client Experience

A Decision in Principle (DiP) can now be submitted in as few as 11 clicks or a couple of minutes, making the initial steps of a product transfer incredibly straightforward for your clients.
