A broker approached us about this deal on behalf of an experienced Limited Company landlord, who had recently completed a conversion of this property into eight flats.

They wanted Buy-to-Let mortgages for four of the flats with us, and would create 4 titles, on completion, as part of the application.

For total borrowing of £560,550 we would process each of the properties as a new purchase.

Given the high quality of the refurbishment, the high demand for properties in the area and resulting rental yield, we were happy to support the deal.
