LendInvest forms strategic alliance with property portal Plentific.com

The world’s largest peer-to-peer platform for real estate mortgages, LendInvest, has announced a strategic alliance with Plentific, the property portal and online marketplace.

As part of this strategic alliance, LendInvest co-founders Christian Faes and Ian Thomas have participated in Plentific’s most recent fundraising round; and Christian Faes has come on as a director representing the angel and VC investors in the business.

Plentific.com is a property platform that was founded by ex-investment bankers and property developers Cem Savas and Emre Kazan, after realising how hard it was to find information when buying a property, getting inspiration and finding the right home improvement professionals in the UK. There was a lot of information available but the team realised that nobody had organised property search, inspiration, project data or word-of-mouth referrals in one place. Plentific, which stands for ‘plenty’ of ‘fantastic’ resources, is working with hundreds of professionals to aggressively build out its offering to homebuyers, property investors and entrepreneurs.

Christian Faes, from LendInvest, commented:
