LendInvest partners with Smoove to launch new joint representation legal panel
London, 25 August 2022 – LendInvest, the UK’s leading asset manager for property finance, has announced a new Buy-to-Let legal panel in partnership with conveyancing panel manager Smoove.
Smoove brings property and conveyancing professionals together through technology to save time and improve communication between all parties.
The new dual representation panel will give LendInvest borrowers and brokers access to a wider selection of legal firms in offices across the country, giving more choice to get the right solicitor for their Buy-to-Let deal.
With a click of a button on the application, borrowers and brokers will now be able to select from a number of firms in seconds.
