This is how we offsite!

The average person will spend 90,000 hours at work over a lifetime. It’s safe to say your job can make a huge impact on your quality of life.

A big part of the day is in meetings with the people you work with and relationships you then have with them. This is why once a year, we take the whole company out of the office for a couple of days for a change of scenery and a mix up of teams. It’s a chance for us to connect with people we may not interact with on a day-to-day basis and let our hair down.

This year we spent the day on Osea Island, doing combat sports, a treasure hunt, sailing, canoeing, and campfire cooking. Followed by a festival themed party with food trucks and plenty of dancing.
