Further integrations with Open Banking and for it to be used more regularly with cases. It helps reduce the need for applicants to provide bank/mortgage statements going back several months (or years!) and allows Underwriters to see the required info at the click of a button – something that would otherwise be quite time consuming when manually assessing statements.
Ruby Harvey – Buy-to-Let Team Leader – Pre offer

My work: I manage the pre-offer case managers and team and ensure cases are progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible. I also build and manage relationships with brokers, valuers, underwriters & BDMs.
What exciting developments in the pre-offer team are you looking forward to? We have been building our own internal administration portal where a lot of our searches have been automated. I’m excited for our portal to be developed further and to see how this will streamline our processes even further.
Nico Bartley – Buy-to-Let Case Manager – Pre offer
Joined LI: 2020
My work: As a pre-offer case manager, I take an initial review of the cases that are submitted to ensure we are happy with them. This involves looking at income, credit, the applicant’s experience at a basic level and also ensuring our internal exposure amounts are acceptable. The process helps ensure we can capture things that pop up and try to resolve them at an earlier stage to make the process more streamlined.
What exciting developments in the pre-offer team are you looking forward to? As our internal system develops, the packaging process is becoming even more streamlined. The way it is being developed and released part by part makes adapting our process easy and helps us instruct the valuations. This system is continuously being worked on so I’m looking forward to each release.
Kiren Nawaz – Buy-to-Let Case Manager – Pe Offer

What exciting developments in the pre-offer team are you looking forward to?
I’m looking forward to further integrations with our internal admin portal, as it will make our process more streamlined and less time consuming.
