March was a record month for bridging loan completions, with our dedicated small loans team in particular seeing a high number of deals across the line. 

The peak was the week starting the 15th March, where the small bridging team completed 17 bridging loans.

Processed quickly, these loans are the bread and butter deals our small loans team were set up to deliver. Capital raises, refinancing, bridge-to-let, auction and purchasing ahead of refurbishment, take a closer look at the cases we complete every week:

Purpose: Refinance of two properties to repay an outstanding facility and capital raise for future investments.

Purpose: Bridge-to-Let purchase of a one-bed flat to convert to a two-bed before exiting onto LendInvest Buy-to-Let.
