Loan amount: £101,250

An experienced property investor purchasing a semi-detached house in Newcastle.

Loan amount: £145,842

Bridge-to-Let purchase of a terraced house ahead of a light refurbishment, before getting tenants in during the loan term.

LTV: 70%

Loan amount: £441,000

A refinance of a completed development to raise funds for other property acquisitions.

Kirkby-in-Furness

LTV: 72%

Loan amount: £251,250

Capital raise on a property the investor purchased in cash, they used the funds to finance conversion of the property to a 6-bed HMO.

Glasgow

LTV: 58%

Loan amount: £276,245

Capital raise against a new-build house to complete another development that had experienced Covid delays. The encumbered property needed some light work before being ready to be sold.

LTV: 74.43%

Loan amount: £647,500

Refinance of a recently finished refurb and development with the renters already lined up for moving in.
