Case Study: A London Bridging Deal Done in 9 Days
A broker reached out to LendInvest on behalf of their clients who were looking to purchase a property in London, a 3-bedroom terraced house not too far from London City Airport.
Once purchased, the clients want to carry out light refurbishment works that will only take about 8 weeks to complete. They plan to exit the property by refinancing onto a BTL loan or a possible sale.
