Fund summary

Launched in January 2014, the Real Estate Opportunity Fund offers investors the opportunity to participate in a diverse pool of UK real estate-backed loans originated directly by LendInvest.

The Fund aims to deliver a sustainable income yield to its investors, with low volatility and low correlation to mainstream asset classes.

All loans are secured by legal charge against UK real estate, with company debentures and personal guarantees providing additional security, where appropriate. This provides investors with significant downside protection.

The Real Estate Opportunity Fund is a Luxembourg domiciled SICAV SIF, authorised and regulated by the CSSF, the Luxembourg financial regulator.

The Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) is Alter Domus S.à.r.l. Alter Domus is authorised in Luxembourg and regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
