As the team at LendInvest confronted a second lockdown at the start of November, and one where the sun seems to go down at a dispiritingly early 3pm, we thought it was important to encourage people to stay active for their physical and mental health, while also raising money for a great cause.

Crohns and Colitis UK is our chosen charity for 2020 and despite restrictions affecting our traditional fundraising methods we’re actively raising money wherever we can.

That’s why we set the LendInvest team the Get Moving challenge.

Teams of up to 6 – 56 fine-tuned athletes in total – are getting active and tracking their distances to compete and raise money for charity..

Walking, running, rowing and cycling are all encouraged, with total distances submitted weekly and overseen by our impartial* group of judges.

In the first two weeks we’ve travelled 3,883km, which from our offices would take us to Spain.

We’ll be posting final distances at the end of November but for now you can support the team by donating to C&C UK here:
