Baker Street Property Meet
The Baker Street Property Meet is the UK’s largest Property Investors Networking Event with over 200 property investors attending each month. Being the largest monthly property networking event in the UK means the event attracts people nationwide with around 17% of attendees coming from outside the M25.
This month LendInvest has teamed up with Event Host, Ranjan Bhattacharya for a Property Development Special. With the ongoing housing crisis, there is a desperate shortage of homes to rent and buy. This creates opportunity for property developers. The large scale national builders are only interested in the larger sites where they can create hundreds of new homes on a single development. This leaves plenty of opportunity among small-scale developers to build on smaller sites or brown field sites which the larger players wouldn’t touch.
