Request: A £103,500 loan at 75% LTV for a 25-year total term.
Timeline: Application signed 17th April, with the valuation report back on the 29th. Offer given at 16th May.
Outcome: Buy-to-Let mortgage at a 3.49% five-year fixed rate.
