Chris was very familiar with LendInvest’s services when he came to finding the right lender for his client.

One of the things that made him bring this particular case to us was the broker portal, which he considers his “portal of choice” and “the easiest to use”.

“The process is generally straightforward and very easy to follow.”

He notices the impact technology has on the speed and ease of the application process, but also valued the ability to speak to “real people”, like the BDM Sophie Mitchell-Charman, or our team of underwriters available throughout the process.

“LendInvest are my “go to” lender for BTL mortgages,” Chris explains.

The client said: “The experience was slick, painless and I was kept informed at all times. Chris did an outstanding job of “marrying“ the deal together between lender, company and the solicitor.

“The best feature was that the online service meant a quick turnaround on all action points, and yet I can still talk to someone RE post-completion information/queries.”

This was his first time using a company lender, and he said in comparison to personal ones, it was an “efficient” process that enabled “quick decisions on the ability to purchase” when working in tandem with a trusted broker.
