Purpose: Repeat borrower looking to finance their next project

A repeat borrower approached us about raising the capital they needed for their next project. 

A customer of our Buy-to-Let, Development Finance and Bridging products, we had funded a similar project to this before; purchase of a three-storey house that they would later look to split into three flats. 

Given our history with the borrower and their record of success in development and buy-to-let, we were happy to fund the deal.
