This week we’re highlighting the opportunities for property investors in London and the Home Counties.

We’ve highlighted some recent Buy-to-Let remortgages we have helped finance while working throughout the UK’s lockdown measures to illustrate where the opportunities are and how landlords have been able to use our finance.

The purpose of these were all the same: to help the landlords capital raise on existing properties – encumbered or not – and fund the purchase of further Buy-to-Lets
