A broker approached us to get funding for this deal after they were declined a bridging loan from another specialist lender.
Their client had recently purchased a property at auction, and needed the funds to complete the transaction and refurbish the property in 3 weeks.
With a history of Buy-to-Let investment and an ambition to begin building a property portfolio, we were happy to support this borrower and then got to work on delivering the deal.
After the broker submitted it through the portal, our underwriters were able to work quickly, get a valuation report back in time and turn the deal around way ahead of the borrower’s deadline.
