This week we are focussing on the opportunities for property investors looking to expand portfolios or find the right projects in the South West, South Wales and The Midlands.

Purchase of a semi-detached house with Bridge-to-Let finance. The house required a light refurbishment prior to an exit for a five-year fixed Buy-to-Let with LendInvest. 

Loan amount: £130,198

LTV: 50%
